Indonesian online magazines and newspapers:

http://tasyaonline.com/v2/index.php  Tasya Kids magazine - Indonesian and English content. This site has chat, so students must be supervised. However it is an excellent resource for teachers, providing authentic text that can be used with students. There are sections including film reviews, stories and animated advertisements.

Surfing: There are many sites available about surfing at Ulu Watu, including these

http://www.wannasurf.com/spot/Asia/Indonesia/Bali/Uluwatu/ Interesting site with photos and information about Ulu Watu from a surfer's perspective, using a fact file genre.

Site for Balinese youth, has story on Suluban Beach (near Ulu Watu) which is popular for surfing. *Has other interest point for an ezine such as bloggers, pearls of wisdom quotes in Indonesian, zodiac, forum on various topics, song words to download
