Budgeting and School Resource Package (SRP)

Outlines budget preparation methodology, processes and control structures used to integrate financial planning and decision-making with budgetary management, and for monitoring and reporting on the financial performance of the Department.

Includes an outline of specific budgetary roles and responsibilities, preparation of receipts and payments budgets to assist cash flow estimates for both schools (SRP) and non school budget centres ensuring that monies are spent in accordance with annual budget appropriations.
