The National Association for the Teaching of English is the
UK English teacher association. The site includes forums, details
of publications, and an issues section with papers on various
topics K - 12.
NZATE
The New Zealand Association for the Teaching of English site
includes position papers and the current newsletter.
National
Council of Teachers of English
NCTE is a big organisation. This is a big site.
It includes policy statements and guidelines, teaching ideas,
information about professional development in the USA and lots

This association hasnt been around for that long,
but already the site looks promising. It includes papers from
